Movie Night Under the Stars:
Get ready for a night of cinematic magic under the open sky! We’re hosting a Movie Night on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our tennis courts. Bring your cozy blankets, lawn chairs, and your favorite snacks. We’ll provide popcorn and refreshments. The movie selection will be a surprise, so take advantage of this fun-filled evening of entertainment with your neighbors.
Lollypops Every Friday:
Sweeten up your Fridays throughout the entire month of October! We’re spreading joy with complimentary lollypops available at the leasing office every Friday. Swing by and treat yourself to a smile and a sugar rush. It’s our little way of making your day a bit brighter!

- Saturday, October 28 – Trick or Treat from 10:00AM – 1200PM: At the Avalon. Join for a morning of fun trick or treating for kids of all ages. https://experienceavalon.com/events/trick-or-treating/
- Sunday, October 29, Halloween Spooktacular from 5:00PM – 7:00PM. It will take place at Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios. Wear costumes for a fun Halloween evening while making cupcakes and pizza from scratch. Call for more information: Phone: (470) 760-6460
Community News and Updates:
Maintenance Corner: Our dedicated maintenance team works hard to ensure your living experience is top-notch. If you have any maintenance requests, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. We’re here to help.
Preventive Maintenance Schedule: will begin on October 16. Maintenance will be doing two buildings per day, starting on building 15. We expect to complete this project by October 30.
- October 16th: Building 15 & 14.
- October 17th: Building 12 & 11.
- October 18th: Building 10 & 9.
- October 19th: Building 8 & 7.
- October 20th: Building 6 & 5.
- October 23rd: Building 4 & 3.
- October 24th: Building 2 & 1.
Seasonal Decorations: You might have noticed some delightful fall decorations around the community. We hope they add to the festive atmosphere as we embrace autumn.
