I recently leased here, and my experience was so pleasant. The apartment is in an excellent location and the value of what you get for the money is great. So far, the complex is clean quiet and friendly. I’m very happy so far. The leasing staff is friendly and Darius gave me prompt, top notch service, always followed up!

After 4 incredible years of serving the Collingwood community, Darrius has been promoted to Community Manager at one of our sister properties in the Atlanta area! 🎉🏡 While we couldn’t be more proud of this well-deserved achievement, it’s hard to imagine Collingwood without him.
