Very Important Pets, (VIP’s) are welcomed at Collingwood Apartment Community. Our Pet Park is an ideal place for you and your furry family members to frolic and socialize. We do require you limit your pets to a maximum of 2. There is a one-time fee of $300 per pet, and a monthly rent of $25 each.
